Marittimo Apartments was born from the rehabilitation of an old and emblematic 19th century fishermen's house for its conversion into independent tourist apartments, in the heart of the unique and artistic neighborhood of Cabanyal, in the city of Valencia.

It is very easy to get there by metro from the airport and it is easy to move around the city by bike or bus. At night you can stay in the neighborhood, as there are many places to dine in the area.

L’appartamento molto comodo e carino, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario in piena autonomia. Il proprietario non l’abbiamo neanche visto, poiché l’accesso è tutto automatizzato mediante chiavi elettroniche, ma è stato in contatto con noi tutto il tempo via whatsapp e ci ha chiarito i pochi dubbi che avevamo.
